Eligible households can lower their energy costs while supporting Illinois’ commitment to clean, renewable energy – with no upfront costs or hidden fees.
As an Approved Vendor for Illinois Solar for All, Advanced Renewable Concepts installs residential solar systems with no upfront cost. Participants pay a flat $25/month, and consumer protections through the state program guarantees savings on your electricity bill.
No Leins No Credit Checks No Surprise Fees
Plus, solar can raise your home’s value – and qualifying homeowners may also access the Home Repairs and Upgrades Initiative to address needed improvements that support the system.

Through this state program you’ll work with an approved solar company that handles your solar panel installation and cost. For most homeowners and small multi-family properties, there are no upfront costs. Larger properties may have a small upfront cost but savings are GUARANTEED through the program.
