The Program is provided “as-is” and may not always be available. ARC is not responsible for:
Delayed, misdirected, or failed messages due to mobile network issues.
Incompatibility with certain mobile providers.
ARC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program or update these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on our website. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of these changes.
