Advanced Renewable Concepts (“ARC”) recognizes and fully complies with the consumer-protection, advertising, and disclosure standards established by the Illinois Power Agency (IPA), Illinois Shines Program, Illinois Solar for All Program, and the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC). ARC also adheres to all applicable federal and state laws governing representations of tax credits, rebates, and grants.
ARC does not guarantee or warrant any customer’s eligibility, approval status, or monetary benefit related to any federal, state, or local tax credit, rebate, or grant incentive, including but not limited to the Federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC), Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System (MACRS), U.S. Department of Energy programs, or any Illinois-based incentive administered by the IPA, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), or other accredited bodies.
All statements regarding potential incentives, credits, or grants are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change based on federal and state law, funding availability, and program-administrator determinations. ARC expressly advises all clients to consult with a licensed tax professional or qualified financial advisor to determine individual tax preferences, benefits, and eligibility prior to making any financial decision or executing a contract.
ARC’s role as an Approved Vendor and Designee under the Illinois Shines Program is limited to preparing and submitting applications for Renewable Energy Credit (REC) incentives and ensuring compliance with all Program and Consumer Protection Handbook requirements. ARC shall not represent or imply that any customer is guaranteed to receive a rebate, grant, or tax credit, or that any such incentive will result in a specific level of savings or return on investment.
