Advanced Renewable Concepts (“ARC”) offers Illinois homeowners the opportunity to receive utility bill assistance through a monthly drawing. ARC will randomly select five (5) participants each month to receive assistance in paying their electric bills, up to a maximum value of $250 per winner.

Eligibility and Entry
No purchase, prepayment, or obligation is required to participate or win. Participants must be homeowners residing in Illinois in a residential-style property. Multifamily properties, apartment complexes with more than five residents, and properties using shared billing or metering solutions for their electrical service are not eligible. Entries can be submitted via ARC’s website registration form or by an alternative method detailed below.

Mail-in entries must be received at least five (5) business days before the end of the month to be eligible for that month’s drawing.

Drawing and Winner Selection
Each month, within the last five (5) business days, ARC will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be selected by placing all eligible participant names into a container and randomly drawing five names. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each month.

Winner Notification
Winners will be announced via ARC’s social media channels and notified directly using the contact information provided at registration. Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture, and ARC reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Details
Each selected winner will receive assistance with their electric utility bill, valued at up to $250. Payment or assistance will be provided directly towards the winner’s utility account.

General Conditions
This drawing is void where prohibited by law. ARC is a Missouri LLC incorporated in the State of Missouri. This drawing is governed by applicable laws and jurisdictions for the State of Illinois and Missouri. Participants agree to allow ARC to publish their names and likeness for promotional purposes.

Policy Updates
ARC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this drawing and related policies at its discretion, with appropriate public notice provided via the company’s website. ARC reserves the right to disqualify any drawing participant or winner for any reason.
