I’d like to to say a little bit about the renewable energy company. They are a Good solar company they have a program for low income families that cannot afford to buy solar. The team members have very good experience. are good people to work with. They’re nice and they are kind. and if you’re interested in getting any solar, I would recommend renewable energy

It took us about 1 1/2 years of research to decide we wanted to go solar. We got multiple bids and spoke with countless door to door sales people. In the end we decided to work with Advanced Renewable Concepts and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
Shout out to Enzo our sales consultant who answered our many questions over several months before we committed. From signing to installation to going live; the process took just under three months. The installing team did an amazing job as well as the office team.
We even filed our taxes and you just can’t beat these federal and Illinois rebates.
FYI interest rates are high now and we had a lower than expected interest rate but found out the price was higher because that lender bought points to lower our interest. Total cost came down about $12,000 from original price for a slightly higher interest rate without the lender buying points. We felt it was worth it.
Going solar isn’t an easy decision but ARC made it as easy as possible. Couldn’t recommend them more! Thanks all!

I had a very positive experience going solar with Helio. They kept me up to date throughout the process and installation was a breeze. They handled all the permits, forms, and applications. All I had to do was schedule time for the installation.

The App they use, S-Miles, is very nice as it allows me to see my solar production and monitor which panels are producing the most energy at any given time. It's a good way to know you system is working and allows me to plan my energy usage accordingly.

Even after install was complete and I was up and running, they were responsive to my inquiries and made sure I was comfortable with their answers. I would recommend using Helio for your solar project.

I had a great experience with Helio Solar Power. I was caught off guard by the person that showed up at my door regarding the Solar Panels, but agreed to set a meeting with a Salesperson and the initial meeting went great. I received a thorough explanation, and we discussed the initial drawing of the proposed system. The installation took longer than expected however, the workers were respectful and kind and eventually got the system up and running perfectly.

I have yet to pay over $100 total per month for my electricity since the panels were installed. I highly recommend!

Had a good experience with Helio Solar Power. This company is very professional. The installation went smoothly and looks pretty good. My system has been up and running for a year now. Im happy with my system. My client service representative is very responsive and helpful. Communication was great, they kept me updated through any issues or delays. In the beginning I was told by sales Rep that SREC payment will be received estimated in 8 months from installation. It’s been a year now and I’m still waiting on the SREC payment.

The whole process was extremely quick and stress-free. The solar company took care of everything regarding permits and scheduling inspections with our electric company. The people who installed our panels were courteous and efficient. I’m pleased with the customer service. Definitely recommend this company.

Helio Solar did a fantastic job. I believe the installer was the Davidson crew. They projected 3 months before installation could start and a month later they had everything in and delivered and started installing the day after delivery. Did I say the installation crew was amazing.

I love everything about my system, and the crew. Diago was very professional when he can out to inspect our property. He explained everything in terms I understood and helped me get online with their app when installation was finished. The crew was awesome as well. They were very careful not to damage our yard and disposed of all trash be fore leaving. I highly recommend Helio for solar installation.
