Be advised that these values are estimates. The final SREC Rebate can change depending on future irradiance mapping. Any system over 25kW is paid over a period of 7 years. 

Fee Details

There is a 5% Collateral Bond Fee that needs to be paid upfront and a Illinois Shines Application Fee ($20.00 per KW DC) and as a result must be added into Enerflo under the SREC Bond Fee Adder Section. 

Once the system is commissioned and the REC has been issued, Helio will deduct 15% as a Filing Fee and remit the Balance to the homeowner. 

After year 15, the 5% collateral bond fee is refunded and will be remitted to the homeowner within 30 days of issuances. 

Leases

All leases are exempt from SREC Adder Fees. These fees are paid directly by Sunnova, the owner of the lease.
